Not Sure if it Works
When you can not "see" the results it is very hard to know if the product works. The experts state these is good for the body so I will keep taken the capsules.

I am a bit confused 500 mg per capsule, but on the back serving size is 3 capsules with amount per serving 500mg. The labeling needs to be corrected Solaray.
