I like the idea that when I place the order I get on time. Good product. Last long &saves me time from getting in my car to purchase it direct from the office supplies store. And it’s a lot less inexpensive going through Amazon.

Came in separate packages but all work great
I ordered the 4 pack of ink, received the cyan and magenta but not the yellow and black. Contacted customer support same day and was told they should all be together in the package and they would contact the seller. The yellow and black came in a separate package the following day. All the inks work great. Seller reached out through amazon before we received the order and was looking into why we didn't receive the yellow and black. Contacted customer support and let them know we got them but I wasn't able to contact the seller.

Old version not useable
I purchased the combo pack about a year ago so we had a back up set for my HOA. Yesterday, I went to install the black cartridge…message, this is an old version and will not work with this machine. Now the printer is at least six years old so I have to wonder how long this cartridge was around…wasted money? Hopefully the same problem will not be true when the others are needed.
