Line from phone to wall is not hidden. Instruction booklet is in the Chinese language. Chinese name is prominently displayed and buttons have Chinese and English names. Color is more gray than white. Phone is too narrow to hide my wall plate. I returned the phone. Amazon return service is great!

Did not like it did not come with wall mount. One was previously there but does not fit.

When I received the phone the instructions were in Chinese! There were about 2 or 3 English words in the whole thing. Did not know how to store frequently called numbers, etc. And the phone base did not fit well on my wall jack. would not take a chance on this phone again.
