My glasses arrived swiftly but unfortunately one of the four had some scratches on it. I contacted the seller to ask for an exchange and had a very friendly reply in less than 24 hours. No problem! New glassware sent in perfect condition. Would use this seller everytime! The glasses are exactly what was advertised too and perfect quality and size for my at home Espresso Martinis with friends.

These glasses tick all the boxes!! They look great and I think great value for a pack of 4, especially if you’re hosting a cocktail night or for a special toast! They’re sturdy feeling with pretty thick stems but still light, which makes them feel really durable. I’ve seen a couple reviews about packaging but mine came really well packaged within the box and wrapped individually too so could also be a great present to gift someone for a birthday or a new home. The recipe E-book is also really cute add on and makes me want to use them immediately, has about 10 different cocktails in it that suit the glass which is great. Overall definitely worth purchasing!

These are nicely shaped and packaged well. I might buy again although there is a very small air bubble in one of them which slightly reduces my enjoyment of the product. Overall, good value as they seem thick enough to be durable but not so thin they are too fragile. Great for a Cosmo!

Love these, I bring them out for special occasions but they seem quite fragile so I keep them in the box with the polystyrene

I absolutely LOVE my new Coupe glasses. Ive always been a huge fan of Vemacity as a brand but these might be one of my favourite products they produce. The glasses are stunning, easy to hold, and hold plenty of liquid. Unfortunately one arrived completely smashed. Not surprising as there was nothing in the packaging to suggest it contained anything fragile. Amazon were only able to offer me a full refund upon receiving all items returned. I contacted the company (Vemacity) directly who had actually sent me an email as well to check if everything had arrived in one piece. They offered to send out a replacement straight away which arrived, intact, within 2 days. Their customer service was exceptional and I will be buying my glasses directly through them in future.

These prosecco/cocktail glasses are ok. I ordered two sets. One glass arrived broken, but they were so well packed, so clearly no-ones fault. The glasses themselves are well-made and perfectly adequate for the purpose. However, the stems are rather thick. Visually 2 mm thicker than on the picture. This, believe it or not, makes a difference between an ordinary household wine glass and a refined piece of glassware. In other words, they look sturdy, robust and... a little clumsy. So if you are after any good quality functional wine/cocktail glassware, then do order with confidence because these are excellent quality glasses. However, if you are looking for a show stopper, perhaps look elsewhere, as these most certainly will not catch the eye.
