PanteneShampoo and Conditioner Set Pure Clean & Clarify plus Hair Mask Rescue Shot Treatment, Silicone Free, Nutrient Blends

The first time I used Pantene's Pure Clean and Clarify, it was a weird experience. Something was missing. A fragrance. I can detect no perfumes or fragrance in this product. You know how when you use a product in the shower, the fragrance can fill the entire shower? That was missing. The shower and bathroom did not fill with a scent of any kind.Another strange thing. When applying foundation makeup after the shower, I can now detect a very light citrus scent to the foundation, something I never noticed before. I figure the scent of whatever I was using for shampoo/conditioner, even though light, must have blocked me from being able to detect the faint scent of the foundation.I am extremely sensitive to fragrance and perfumes with reactions anywhere from stuffed-up nose to numbing headaches. For the home, we use fragrance free detergents, soaps, etc. I was disappointed when my previous shampoo/conditioner was discontinued by the manufacturer, however, now I am glad because I found Pantene Pure Clean and Clarify.After using it for several weeks, I will say that I notice the slightest odor to it immediately after squeezing it out onto my hand. It may be from the plastic bottle or it may be slight chemical pf the product. However, it is a "clean, uncomplicated" scent and not "perfumey" and as far as I can tell, doesn't linger.The shampoo cleans well. I have very short hair and have noticed more volume. Weather in Huskerland is cold and dry right now. I'm curious to see how the product holds up in the heat and humidity of summer. The shampoo doesn't produce tons and tons of lather but it does suds up. (We have hard water.) I don't notice a lot of static in my hair during the dry winter months so the conditioner must be working.I appreciate that the two times I've ordered it, the shampoo/conditioner/treatment was shrink wrapped together as it was shipped with other items. I plan to order again and hope that there is no problem with broken lids, spilled product, etc.This product may not work for everyone who is sensitive to fragrances, however, if you are sensitive and are having difficulty finding a product, for the reasonable price, give this a try. It may work for you. If it doesn't work, consider giving the unused product to a women's shelter or homeless shelter so it doesn't go to waste. Thanks.

I like how my hair feels after shampooing with the Pantene Silicone Free Clarifying Pure Clean & Clarifying fragrance Free and doesn’t have a bad odor.

The first time I tried this product it was actually at the store. But they stop selling them in stores and I can only find them on Amazon now. I have a bunch of sensitivities to different types of chemicals and smells. There’s no smell to this product and is one of the few things that I’ve been able to use to wash my hair. I also order the fragrance free conditioner, which makes my hair really soft. I use this as regular shampoo and not just once a week or a month type of thing. I really wish they would start selling these stories again.

I really like this product because it works well on my hair and doesn’t affect my allergies and asthma with a strong smell. Unfortunately Pantene has chosen to discontinue this product, sure wish whoever made this decision would reconsider!

I love that there is an affordable quality product that is FRAGRANCE FREE, which is a MUST for anyone who has MCS or knows how toxic chemical fragrances can be. I cannot find and fragrance-free options in US stores, including merchants who sell other Pantene products, so I'm SO GLAD that Pantene makes something I can use and at least get online. There is NO SMELL, good or bad: it's entirely neutral. It lathers wonderfully, and my hair feels clean and soft. Even though I have waist length hair, I only need a little each time, so one set lasts about 4 months for washing about 3-4x per week. It may be more expensive up front compared to in-store price points for fragrant shampoos and conditioners, but because it lasts a fair amount of time, it's worth it. My ONLY COMPLAINT is that the ampule of "treatment" is not fragrance free and smells like the standard chemical fragrance that's in most things like shampoo and bug spray. Definitely not a natural smell, and definitely something that sensitive skin and relative allergies would react to. Marketing dropped the ball on that one when they paired it with fragrance free product (slow clap). Overall, great product, just DON'T USE THE AMPULE.

Not sure if I like it. But drying and my hair is bit flat but the strands look healthy. Just glad I found something that has no fragrance.

I have been in the market for a fragrance free shampoo and conditioner. We have been buying the natural shampoos/conditioners but I never felt like they did a great job cleaning/conditioning. Our hair felt “straw-like” and would be greasy by the end of the day. I tried buying “normal” scented shampoo just so my husband didn’t have greasy hair but OMG… the scent was so overpowering that I felt sick. So I found this Pantene FRAGRANCE FREE shampoo and conditioner online. Unfortunately NO ONE NEAR ME CARRIED THIS PRODUCT. AMAZON, YOU’RE AWESOME! I not only found this product here, ordered it at like 9pm, it was delivered to my door the NEXT DAY!!! So let me get this straight, no stores near me sells it but I can order it through Amazon and have it delivered to my door step in ONE DAY!!! Plus, the shampoo and conditioner are amazing! Literally no smell! I used the conditioner treatment and it does have a smell so I don’t know if I will use it again.

I have a skin allergy to fragrances and fruit extracts, so I was so happy to find this shampoo. This shampoo did a great job of getting hair product build-up out of my hair. The conditioner is also good. However, BE WARNED: the hair mask treatment that comes with this set is NOT fragrance-free. I find it strange that it is included in this set.
