I bought this since it was the best deal per pound. It has a strong aroma and a nice pungent but not overpowering flavor, now to make garlic dill pickles. I just wish it wasn't in a plastic bag shipped in a plastic bag. It was a bit difficult to open without cutting into the inner bag.

it was packed perfectly so nothing broke or spilled - THANK YOU. I use garlic in our horses feed to keep the summer mosquitos away and they are all most as fussy as I am. We just got it but it looked and smelled fresh - thanks so much, it makes a big difference for a horse rescue with 63 horses :)

The garlic is a great value for your money. I cant say anything about the flavor as I use it to feed my horses for fly control. I can say shipping was extremely fast, I received it with in a few days.

This was a huge disappointment. I find it hard to believe that this is actually made from real garlic, the taste is barely there. The only reason I am not giving this one star is because of how much you get it is a good value, too bad the entire bag has less garlic flavor than a tiny bottle you can get elsewhere.

I'm very particular about my garlic powder and this wonderful product from Its Delish is the best I've used in my culinary endeavors. The powder is as smooth and fine as talc and a little goes a long way. The smell is so very aromatic and the taste is incredible. I highly recommend this garlic powder by Its Delish.
