Arrived on time, well packaged. These chairs look great. We haven't tested the weight rating fully yet, but they seem solid, and a great design. Surprisingly comfortable, and folds into a small space

I own 40 of these. Used them in a restaurant setting. Theyre easy to fold up, stack neatly, and not super heavy. They feel sturdy and after a year of use still no problems. They're comfortable and worth the money if you're trying to find a solution that doesnt take up too much space.

Amazingly these chairs can hold up to 1000 pounds & very sturdy. Perfect for any outdoor activity or event. Nice looking chairs that would impress your guests.

Sturdier than they first seem. Attractive for a folding chair and quite comfortable with the cushion.

I've been a venue manager for years and had the old white simple folding chairs for year and wanted an upgrade. These are terrible for folding. You either have to have the upper body strength of an Olympic athlete or have to have your hands in the exact location (back of the seat of the chair near the bend - and front of the chair seat, and simultaneously push down near the back of the seat and pull up the front of the seat in one motion, just right). They are not sustainable for folding up on a weekly basis. I don't know if I got a weird batch or maybe I need to WD40 them or what. Tell me what I'm doing wrong. I've gotten other people to try to fold them as well and they are just nearly impossible to fold. These are lovely chairs that seem high quality, but they will not work for me as they are a pain in the a$$ to fold.

I'm extremely disappointed with Event Stable's customer service because we've been struggling with this issue for so long and you guys still haven't helped us. We ordered from you guys hoping to get the right ADULT chairs, not children's chairs, so we submitted a return and got a shipping label for one individual chair rather than a pallet label as we had. As a result, we took them to the UPS location as instructed, only to be informed that each of the 50 WHITE RAINS CHAIRS needed its own label. We contacted Amazon, who made a request to Event Stable so you could assist us. They also gave me your phone number, which I had to call and leave multiple messages for "Alexis"; however, I never received a call back. Fast-forward to now, when I've contacted Amazon numerous times and had to open an A-Z claim, and now we receive a response from you almost a full month after AND told us you had arranged the pick-up for May 19, 2023; Now that it is May 20th, there has been no pickup. In addition, Event Stable is taking a $310.00 return charge from the refund when the merchandise is received, which is absurd given YOU SENT ME THE WRONG CHAIRS TO BEGIN WITH. I WANT MY REFUND!
