Great cooling performance but fitment issues
I tried to install this on a Micro-ATX motherboard, and while the cooling was great, the fitment was not. I had to remove one of the RAM sticks as it was obstructing the fitment of the cooler. This is a dealbreaker for me as running your RAM on dual-channel is preferable over single.

The best budget cpu cooler with RGB but lacks speed control
it looks great and can be used with or without an addressable RGB motherboard. The fan runs pretty much at full speed 1800rpm and lacks PWM control but this means very low idle temps so in a 247 machine this is going to keep the computer nice and cool and get some airflow around the VRMs and heatsinks.Being a down draught design cooler the VRM's will benefit from the direct airflow so for more budget motherboards that lack VRM cooling solutions this could help with mild overclocks.Although that isn't where this cooler is aimed, it is aimed at those with lower end cpu that want to add a touch of bling to their builds, with compatibility with even really old CPUs like the Intel 775 and AMD AM2 series you can keep these old chips cool and make them look modern at the same time. The mounting system is easy to use for either intel or AMD setups just keep in mind that this cooler is designed for CPUs up to 65w TDP so really the Ryzen 5 1600 is about the limit of this cooler maybe a ryzen 7 1700 if you have reasonably good case airflow to begin with. The ideal CPU for this cooler are things like the Intel 9100 or Athlon 200GE or 3200G etc but again depending on overall system airflow you could push this higher. For £13 you can't go far wrong and it performs better than the stock cooler but about 10-15 degrees so if you have bought a second hand CPU or have lost patience with the high rpm stock cooler this is worth a go.

Not Much Good To Say Really
Bit Of a Pain Getting Mounted Unless You Take The Motherboard Out, And Getting It Out Is Even Worse, Feel Like It's About To Snap Something... This Thing Is Large Based Too So It Was Leaning Against One Of My Memory Sticks, Doesn't Cool At All, I Was Idle At About 58c And With Load It Was Touching 100c Before I Just Decided Nope... You Would Be Better Off Not Having a Cooler At All... But Then It Was Under £20 So You Get What You Pay For...I Upgraded To The Arctic Liquid 240 And Can Say... Now I Know What Real Cooling Is.... 22c Idle - 50c With Load... Think The Highest I've Seen It Hit Is 62c a Massive Difference But Then I Did Pay Over £120 Which In My Eyes Is Still Cheap But I'm Happy Being Away From This Hairdryer

Little noisy good looking RGB FAN
This fan is a good buy! Its not the quitest fan but keeps temps cool in my Ryzen 2600 idle about 30-37c 45-55 under load. The rgb is amazing. 4Stars
