I got a European version with a messed up keyboard and no Arabic.The seller confirmed that it ships with Arabic keyboard!!The laptop was activated one month before i buy it!The warranty started one month before i buy it, looks like it’s used!

A great machine for an editor
I am an editor and ghostwriter. I need a computer with enough working memory to not freeze when I have a long (250,000 words) document that ends up with 40,000 changes. I need to be able to have an Excel spreadsheet and several browser windows open and it needed to have decent battery length.I save all my work and I have a lot of photographs (You can’t take too many pictures of your sleeping dog or your cat in a loaf shape.).I also needed something durable.This computer does that job well and I didn’t have to spend $3,000 to do it.

Wrong advertisement. this product was sealed by 3rd party organization. I would like to replace it, but I reviewed their reviews on BBB and Google, based on that I question their support service. Please buy with caution

Fast!
Very good and fast laptop. Plenty of processing power, boatload of ram, and decent hard drive space. It DOES support Windows 11. Currently running a Windows Insider preview build of Windows 11. You're getting a very decent computer for a relatively good price.

Broke within 6 months
We purchased this computer in April 2022. It no longer holds a charge and will no longer power on. We took it to a local shop for repair, they determined the motherboard is bad. We tried replacing the battery, the AC adapter, etc. That’s when they determined the mother board is bad . Now we need to get information off the computer and it won’t even turn on. All this computer has done is cause problems and frustrations. DO NOT BUY!

Great laptop, minus the non-touch screen
Only gripes are that the laptop doesn’t include a touch screen. And the fingerprint entry doesn’t like to work every time, which is annoying. Otherwise it’s been a great laptop. Battery life has been impressive as well.
