A total garbage the grain is defective, when cooking it is black in the center. It is a more careful and very old grain.

I ordered the white corn and they shipped the wrong product.However, I contacted them and although it took several days for them to reply, they acknowledged the mistake and shipped the white corn and additional product for the trouble. The white corn is very clean and I will be ordering more soon.

I ground this in a spice grinder to make a corn flour......made a simple veg soup added 4 TBS corn flour simmered a bit then pureed it..then added a few shrimp and some ham bits simmered a few more minutes..WOW it was so good and easy
