It is a milder black tea. More suitable for a light afternoon tea. Very good!

The box says that the tea is a blend of 1st and 2nd flushes. I find it to be a bit too light for my taste. The box also reads that the strength is 2 out of 4.

You need to contact the seller directly. If you go to your Orders, scroll down until you find that order and hit Return Item and chose a reason from the drop down you will be given a QR code. Take a pic with your phone. You can then walk into any UPS store and hand them the item, let them scan the QR code off of your phone and you will receive a refund once the UPS store scans it. They will package and ship it back at no cost to you. This works for ANY Amazon returns.
