The best tortilla to replace regular flour tortilla!💞
Gluten-free AND Grain-free as well as delicious with the perfect texture that holds up every bit as well as a regular flour tortilla. They are slightly thinner than the regular flour tortilla, but I am fine with that because they hold up just as well. 💞💞💞💞💞Yay! This is a tortilla I can actually eat and enjoy (Celiacwith grain allergies)!

Vendor shipping bad... product good...
I have ordered Cassava Tortillas 5 times. Love the product BUT hate the vendor. This vendor consistently packs and ships the tortillas in a manner that folds them. Since they are made with cassava flour and very soft, when folded, they crease and break into two pieces. In the first 4 shipments, the portion of the tortilla that is broken off was small (<1 inch). In the last shipment, two packages came folded to the point of breaking the tortillas in half rendering them useless. With 12 tortillas damaged and being over $1 (USD) per tortilla, it was time for returning... I used Amazon's return system and contacted the vendor. The process to get them replaced or refunded took way to long. Messages from the vendor were short and cryptic causing unnecessary conversations and time. Eventually to resolve everything, they asked me to ship two packages back and offered a shipping label. BUT when I went to track the package after I shipped it, I found out that they sent a shipping label that had previously been used. When I confronted them with this, I got a quick partial refund for the two packages. Of course the refund wasn't right (they did not take into account product+tax+shipping). Final toll... Partial refund, 1/3 of the order in postal oblivion, and 2/3 of the order able to be consumed...

I use these for rollups instead of bread, or for enchiladas, even cut them into triangles and made chips out of them! Love 'em.

Would buy again for a layed dish
Very thin and hard to wrap, did like the flavor and found that they were good in a layered dish.
