It's an Estwing
It's an Estwing, it's perfect. Really, best hammers I have owned. I was never a framer but worked in construction and these were great. Never felt a lack of grip or sore hands at the end of the day. Sets nails nicely, didn't think it would be that handy, but it's nice and it pulls nails well.

This seems used
The hammer has chipped out parts of paint, holes on the dirty and sticky rubber and in some corners looks like it has beed grinded or dragged on the floor.
