This is an amazingly good deal
I'm disappointed that it's too small for my needs, but man, what a great deal. When I saw the price, I though it was a mistake. When it arrived, I was very surprised to find it is very durable, rugged leather. It looks just as good in person as it does in the pictures. This is a steal of a price for an all-leather bag like this. I bought it as a saddlebag for my motorcycle. While it looked super cool on the bike, it didn't fit my work laptop and binder, which is the main reason I need a bag. Still, I'm giving it five stars because it looks fantastic and is definitely well-built. If it were a tad bigger, I'd immediately buy two.

DON'T BUY. It is roughly built, and the quality is poor. This is a PURELY decorative item.
I like its handmade character. The leather is stiff like cardboard and smelled strongly of dye when I first got it. The leather has never softened up no matter how much leather conditioner I have treated it with. They brown-red dye came off easily when I wiped the leather down with conditioner, staining the rag I used.Mildew started growing on the leather a month after I received it and put it on my rear cargo rack ( store my bike in the garage closet). The brass-colored buckles (I say "brass-colored," because I don't think they are brass) broke off from the leather straps that attach the bags to my rack, under the weight of some things I had put in the bags like tools (a couple of screwdrivers, socket wrench, bike pump, etc). These items amount to some weight but was not incredibly heavy at all for the metal buckles to give. Good thing I had also secured the bags to the rack with zip ties, or else they would have fallen off my bike completely and I would not have known. The leather straps of the compartment flaps closed were very stiff and the holes poorly punched, making buckling very difficult at first.By the time I decided to return these bags, it was past the return date.

Doesn't quite match the picture
Well, it's cheap, but it is leather, and it is the size indicated, and overall seems like a good deal even with a few quibbles. First, the color does not match the picture. The picture is a nice warm brown, the actual bag is significantly paler, more of a tan than brown. The only other issue I have is that the leather arrived stiff and dry. I'm hoping some leather conditioner will soften it up, but we'll see.Other than those two quibbles, it seems like a good deal for the price.

Awesome Bag for Cruiser Bicycles!
I am very happy with this saddle bag. I purchased it for my bicycle and liked it so much so I bought a second one. The only downside is there is a noticeable difference in color since i ordered them at different times. I'm sure some shoe polish or dye will fix that easily enough.Inside there is a zip up pouch on the front and back sides of the bag along with a seperator to keep your stuff from getting to mixed up.Over all i definitely recommend this for bicycles or motorcycles.

As a tool bag this does not get in the way of any operating systems
This does not get in the way of your foot pegs or any of your operating systems!!!I have attached this to my engine guard on my motorcycle to carry all the tools & replacement parts that I may need while riding, to my surprise it also makes good as a wind deflector as well. You will need to make additional holes for securing it down, but worth every penny. I cannot say enough about how much room this has freed up for me and works outstandingly great for me. As a biker I strongly recommend you investing into these item!!!I LOVE IT
