Required item for smoking meats
Normally I use the "Texas Cheat" when I cook a brisket or pork butt, but I wanted to try using butcher paper on my next smoke. I had a small pork belly from a warehouse store in the freezer and wanted to cook it like a brisket. Once the pork belly reached 170°F, I took a large sheet of the paper, wet it with apple cider vinegar/water mix, and placed the pork belly, wrapping it tightly before putting it back on the smoker. After 10 hours total of slow cooking, I opened the lid to an oil-soaked paper packet of tastiness and served it to my family. It turned out perfect, thanks to this butcher paper!

Great Product
Every time I smoke some thing, I use this paper to wrap the mute to get it up to the final temperature. Absolutely love this paper will buy again and would recommend everybody to buy.

It looks like good paper
An absolutely MASSIVE roll, which is very nice to see.The box it comes in has a really strong serrated paper cutter, so that was nice to see.Can't fault it. Very good value for money also.

Wrap your meat
Holds up great. I spray the paper with water and leave in the smoker for hours. I can unwrap and season or sauce the meat as needed and it holds up great. Definitely the best way to wrap your meat.
