FilofaxMalden Leather Organizer Agenda Calendar with DiLoro Ballpoint Pen (Pocket Paper Size 4.72" x 3.18", Stone 2020-2021)

The planner I received appears to have been used or possibly a store return, rather than brand new. The original Filofax plastic protective wrap around the planner was missing, with the planner being wrapped in a sheet of protective, gauze like fabric, and taped closed. The normal cardboard that is generally in the front and back large pockets was not there. Some of the standard inserts were missing, including the contact lists, to do lists, and the full set of sample paper such as the grid or dot paper. There is a wrinkle on the back cover of the planner warped into the leather that indicates maybe it was used for a time. For the price, which was higher for this color than any of the other colors, I expected a new planner as Filofax packages them, not a used one, or a store return, which seems to be the case. I reduced the rating due to this.That said, I am in love with this purple personal Malden. The size is perfect to fit in my bag as an every day carry. I have an A5 Malden in Pear, which is my every day work planner, which I also love. This one is intended for household organization, so will hold more personal information than what I like to put in my professional planner. As always, the Filofax quality is apparent in the soft, antiqued leather and the contrast stitching. I love the Malden layout, with the zip pocket and card slots on the left and the wide pockets on the right. Even with the noted issues, I'm certain I will get many years of use. Had the price or listing reflected the actual condition of the product (appears used or was a store return) I would have given it 5 stars.So... Product 5 stars, Seller 3 stars only due to the noted issues. I could have knowingly purchased a used one from another site at a (much) lower price. I thought I was purchasing a new item, which is the reason for the overall lower rating.

I love this Filofax for its size. I lost my last one, same size and 15 years old, in an Uber. This new one arrived today but it was missing pages. The outer box was ripped in one corner but the hard box was intact. Also the journal was only wrapped in felt fabric. I suspect someone was test driving it and had a change of mind. It is obviously a return. The worst part is that it was missing pages. Go figure! The calendar, dividers, pen and contacts were included but as indicated in the photo, certain pages including the ruler were missing. How weird!!! I just ordered a second one that will arrive tomorrow. I need one ASAP in order to get my life back on track. I need to reconstruct the first two weeks in January. I am glad I keep my contacts on my phone. That would be a tragedy if I lost those as well. Now I have to take a trip to UPS to return this one. What a nuisance. I hope the replacement arrives new and with the required fillers.

I’ve purchased multiple Filofaxes throughout the years, and recently switched from an A5 to Personal. The size is so much more convenient for carry around throughout the day.I recently purchased the Malden in Stone because it looked pretty in pictures. It arrived in great condition and packed well. This is such a pretty Filofax and because it’s floppy, you can write in it on the go without having to constantly hold it down with your hands.Overall a great purchase.

I love this. I have been looking for years to find the perfect size planner. Not too big, not too small, with a wallet, and able to adapt to my needs instantly. I thought the rings would be a problem, but I just remove the page, write and pop it back in.The inserts aren't gorgeous, but I'm okay with that. I like to make my own anyway. The cover is soft but not too floppy. The pen loop is not flexible. But my sharpie pen fits just fine.It's my wallet/planner combo. A5 is too big to carry around all the time. The compact is too small to hold all the info I need. The personal size is perfect.I like muted colors. Purchased the stone option.

This is NOT as bright as a “fushia” should be. It’s a dull pink. I thought I could get past it. Then I noticed this HOLE in the planner. Defect or the cow just happened to have a nip?
