After trying several , different things, this came out on top in my view, I like the taste and it suites me, it's certainly helped me.

The nutrients that are present in it are vitamins C, D, E, B6 and B12. Each immunity shot is loaded with herbs, ginger, zinc, panax ginseng and elderberry, and is packed with resveratrol from grape seeds, spermidine from wheat germ, oat bran extract as the source of beta-glucan.Just 1 immune booster shot is recommended per day to support your immune system. Each box comes with six 2.5oz immune shots. The shot has a ginger flavour & is sweetened with honey.I have tried a couple of beverages that are said to boost immunity, but these shots not only boost my immune system but also give me lasting energy, maybe it’s because of the panax ginseng present in it. I also notice that I don’t get common colds easily, since it contains the elderberry ingredient which helps prevent you becoming unwell.At first, I was not too keen on the taste as I’m not a fan of the ginger-honey flavour but overtime I have started to get used to the taste.Overall, they are far too expensive for me but they come in a lovely packaging and are super easy to take, just well over my budget for such a short supply.

These shots are amazing. They have many of the ingredients that I take separately every day as well as elderberry extract. Elderberries are a brilliant help when it comes to boosting the immune system, I have spent the past few evenings stripping elderberries from their branches and it is tiring, so nice to have the benefit without the work. They contain vitamins C, D, E, B6 & B12, three of which I was taking daily in pill form, they also contain herbs, ginger, zinc, panax ginseng and elderberry as well as resveratrol from grape seeds, spermidine from wheat germ, oat bran extract, all blended together and sweetened with wildflower honey. I love the flavour, you get the warmth of the ginger, it’s just the right amount, and there is a hint of the cinnamon extract too, the wildflower honey perfects this drink to give a warming yet slightly sweet moreish flavour.They work out a £2.85 each, considering what goes into these I think that is a good price. I can’t afford them every day right now but if you can then go for it.

These little bottles are about the size of those tiny yoghurt drinks that you see everywhere.You are advised to drink one a day to help boost your immunity.I thought I would give one a try yesterday and uncrewed the top and took a quick glug.Wow they are strong and the flavour is rather odd.I couldnt drink straight from the bottle because it is far too intense of a flavour and sour.Thinking about what it tastes like, I am reminded of cough medicine or black treacle and turmeric combined.Anyway, not to be outdone, I poured the rest of the bottle into a large glass of water.That does help but its not something I could drink down at once.I sipped it for the reat of the day on and off just to give it a fair assessement.The flavour when diluted is easier to cope with but reminds me of Seville oranges.IF you have ever tried to nibble some when making marmalade, you will get the idea.. strong and sour.Well in water it is like a watered down seville orange.The label says they are sweetened with honey but it isnt enough.I couldnt taste honey or sweetness.The colour of the drink is brown like a light coloured beer but not really see through.See pic with bottom of bottle showing for a better idea.However...Today I woke up with a very clear throat and easy breathing. Im usually a bit phlegmy.I do breathing excercises for about 10 mins when I wake up and that usually means clearing my throat at the end but not today.Clear the whole time!The idea is great, a quick drink and your daily vitamins all done but they really need to work on that flavour some more.

Great taste, for me particularly out of the fridge in the morning. Ginger helps to overtake the taste of the vitamins - immune is good !

Let me start this review by saying that the taste was not to my liking. It has a very sharp taste of honey (which tastes artificial) which is then followed by a bitter and sour tastes of lemon. I really did not enjoy drinking these shots and I found myself at times forcing myself to drink it.However, I will admit they are very effective. I had these first thing in the morning and found that it gave me a boost of natural energy without the need of a coffee. I also had a sore throat and these shots seemed to have cured it away after a total of 3 shots worth. 6 shots for £20 is very expensive as it works out to more than £3 per a shot when purchased in bulk. Hence I feel that considering taste and price, these are 3 stars.
