Not good
After purchase only tonight i used it. After 5 of laminating a pouch, the next thing the item not working properly. It's not accepting any more the pouch. To return the item is like hopeless. Waste of money

It broke in 5 weeks
The product was used twice and worked just fine. In 5 weeks it stopped rolling. Amazon does not take any responsability and only provided a false phone number for the warrante.We are left with a broken machine and unable to fix it. A shame
