Believe it or not, the short guy on the right holds exactly the same as the one on the left!Fits so much better in my kids' lunch boxes than the old one and it stays hotter longer.

This keeps food hot for at least 8 hours, and warm for up to 12. I warm it with boiling water before putting hot food in it. I need the heat to last for at least 10 hours, and it does. At that point, the food isn't super hot, but it is still warm.

I bought two of this jars for my kids' school lunch. It is a good size for little kids and they keep the food warm.Update on January 8, 2016 - I had forgotten about this review until today when a question was asked about the lid. I bought two, one broke within the short period and the other is still good. I am too busy to bother with warranty if there is one. Therefore I revised my rating from five to three starts. For the price the lid should not break but one of them did.

Stylish and they work great. I even got a compliment on it. Haha. The seal is great. We put both pieces in the dishwasher. Works just fine. We got 6 of these for family use and lunches. Keeps food warm. I just wish thermos made a wider mouthed jar to easier fill food and eat it. Thats the only downside. I chose the classic stainless steel for a timeless look. As much as I like the colours they put out, those colours will be dated in a few years. Stainless you can't go wrong.
