Just to give you background on the product, the band is around the size of a nine-year-olds wrist. I think it is a great size with excellent quality too. The bands stretch, and you could tell that these ponytails would not break. However, these are of the type of quality to be stretched out after using them a lot. If that bothers you, then I recommend to get another brand of ponytails, but I love these. Moreover, I like the fact​ that there are 100 because hairbands always seem to run away.
