Great Faucet until the supply line started leaking
I don't know how to reach customer service to get a new faucet or supply line under warranty but as of now, I cannot use the hot water. I applied plummers thread seal, I tried plummers tape, I tried without but the leak is actually where the line and the female threaded coupler are factory attached. I woke up to water all over the bathroom two days ago. I thought the dog had pissed everywhere or some crazy thing. But no, it was the water line. My cabinet was soaked and so was the floor. The cabinet is now deformed because of course these new varieties are fiberboard with some kind of coating. Don't get me wrong...looks great. Very heavy metal piece but terrible parts. Oh and while I'm at it, the noise this thing makes sounds like a steam engines pressure valve. Other people commented on this and I thought they were crazy until I turned on the water for the first time. Reducing the pressure doesn't help much at all. Cheap internal parts maybe or something. Tbh, I really wish I would've just gone to one of the big box stores and got a brand name faucet. Might pay a bit more but I've never had many problems with the names I know. Unfortunate because I really really like the look (not the function) of this faucet. Everyone comments on it. I really hope customer service covers this or upgrades me to a better, quieter model. And one that doesn't leak like the Titanic.

Very cool faucet!
My husband had to purchase a hose for this faucet, but other than that, we love it! He had to back off the pressure because it splashed water up in our sink, but was able to adjust it. We like the sleek look of it. The water comes out in kind of a sheet. It matches the rest of the oil rubbed bronze fixtures in the bathroom. The price was very reasonable.

it's beautiful but I'm not thrilled with Amazon
ok... I still love this faucet but the second faucet that was delayed has now been LOST and Amazon now says it as unavailable for reorder. They suggested I order something 'similar' for the second sink or remove and return the installed one and order two other faucets. I'm still trying to figure out why anyone would think that two similar faucets would be acceptable for a double sink counter but maybe that's just me, and I'm ticked off that I now have to pay for another faucet install AND a removal. Not great Amazon!Just installed this beauty and I love the way it looks and the waterfall flow. I'll let you know in a couple of months if anything about it changes my mind, but it's went in easy and looks so much better than the standard faucet that came with the house. I took pictures of the old and the new since I'm still waiting for delivery of the matching new faucet for our second sink...

Really well made and attractive faucets!
They are heavy and solid metal, which so many of the sink faucets out there are NOT. I had a hard time trying to find a modern-ish single-hole faucet for our double vanity that came close to matching our tub filler and these did the trick. I am not familiar with the manufacturer, so we a little hesitant. Almost decided to stick with the names I know: Delta, Kohler, Moen... but I really liked these and I am so glad I took the chance. Love that the water flows out into a taper... attractive AND stylish. Only complaint is that they ARE tall, so the mirror had to be hung higher. A short gal like myself would have preferred it a bit lower. My plumber had no issues in installing quickly, and it was also delivered quickly, which is always a plus.

Affordable top quality with expensive designer look!
I wanted a few brushed nickel faucets that were between contemporary & modern, fortunately after searching for over an hour I found this perfect style! It looks even better in person and I love the push button drain which has a basket built in so you won’t lose your rings or jewelry, it also catches your hair for a clog free drain. The quality is top notch it’s solidly built and looks expensive! My plumber even raved about this faucet’s quality he thought I purchased them from a designer showroom for well over $150 each!

Great product
This faucet is way more sturdy and beautiful than the price would suggest. My handyman had it up and running in no time and he thought it was a great find.

Very disappointed
I normally would not spend a lot of my time writing any kind of review but this is an exception. The product was completely unusable and locked up inside. The first picture shows the assembly literature that I found online. It shows the ceramic valve assembly as it should look inside. The second picture chose the faucet handle removed and looking at the ceramic valve assembly. When I took out the assembly colored in Blue on the third picture I found it to be completely assembled wrong inside. It would neither turn left and right nor could the handle be lifted to open the valve. The green valve assembly is from the old faucet that I replaced. It is the same kind of waterfall faucet and I was lucky enough that's the valve assembly colored in green was exactly the same fit as the blue one. The reasons I replaced the original faucet was due to a very slow leak in the supply line due to cross threading. The green ceramic valve assembly had no problems. You may ask why didn't I just returned the entire faucet for a new one. That would have been extremely inconvenient to have to run around taking the defective one back to be shipped and waiting for the replacement not to mention taking a chance that the replacement would also be defective. And then there's the loss of the use of the bathroom that's this defective faucet went into. It took about a half hour to dissemble the defective faucet and another half hour to dissemble the old faucet to get the ceramic valve assembly out. The total lost time I would guess an hour and a half compared to who knows how many hours running around returning defective crap. Buyer beware. Very poor quality control in the assembly and testing of this faucet. You have to wonder if there's a warehouse full of these defective components being shipped to unlucky customers?

Our plumber installed these so I'm guessing they are easy to install.
I love the look and the way the water flows out of the faucet.
