Almost a 5 star product, but not quite.
I am an Essential Oil addict and have been on the hunt for a long time for a smaller sized label that will fit the 2ml bottles and roller bottles. These are perfectly sized for most of my bottles and projects. The patterns are adorable and look great on the amber and cobalt blue bottles. Every one was asking me where I got them. As every one has mentioned be sure to use ball point pin to avoid smearing and be sure to clean your bottle well before applying the label or it will not stick. What is working best for me is to write on the label and let it sit untouched for awhile. Carefully fill your bottles. Wipe clean with a paper towel. Let it set. Be patient. We want everything dry. Then apply label. The con to these labels it that some of the labels are hard to separate from the backing paper which is a down side and the reason I did not give this product 5 stars. I would buy again because I love the size and the patterns but really wish they had better sticking power on the glass surfaces. Happy Oiling!

Strong Labels/NOT Totally Water/Oil-Resistant
I wish there were more sheets of stickers in this bundle, but I do like these. The main reason is because they are totally water and oil-resistant. After I write on the label, oil hasn't rubbed the words off. These would be nice in a more rectangle shape, which would be more appropriate for what I'm labeling: Plastic nasal inhalers, lip balms tubes, and essential oil bottles and sprays.I do like that there are matching circle stickers. However, they're really small, and can't be labeled in any obvious way. Also, the blank part on each label is limited. But overall, these are pretty good quality.Update: I lied. Even if you use a permanent marker, if you use this to label a bottle that you use frequently, and especially if you touch it with slightly oily hands, the writing WILL fade. This has happened with many of the DIY products I've made. I thought these labels were really good and oil-proof. But even without dripping any oil on them, they naturally begin to smudge from the natural oil in your hands and fingers. A few of the labels on the bottles I don't touch often have remained well in tact, witg the writing still dark and clear. The labels themselves are fairly strong. They don't peel off or worsen in condition. However, the whole purpose is defeated if the writing just rubs off after several weeks of use. I guess "resistant" IS appropriate then, because they will fight off liquid better than regular paper for instance. Water "Proof" these are not.

Perfect! Exactly as described!!!
I purchased these labels recently, hoping they would work on my oil blends I've made for various things. They are PERFECT!!! I was concerned about the type of paper they would be printed on and such, but it is a slightly shiny product, and when you use a permanent marker to write on it, it dries quickly and oil drips do NOT remove or smudge it.I do recommend that (do what I say, not what I did, lol) you write your info on the label BEFORE adhering it to your bottle (not what I did, and it drives me nuts :).PROS:Arrived quicklyAs describedLOTS OF LABELSI even used the margins of the label paper for the instructions for this oil blend on the bottle so I can refill it without a big searchCONS:These aren't on Prime, so you will have to pay a small shipping fee (but that is how the real world works!!!), otherwise, none, really - they work perfectly for this applicationYou could also use these labels to identify oily dog medicines and such - put the label on your olive oil bottle with the date you purchased it, label an oil & vinegar dressing with the name and date, label lotions/body oils etc.In fact, I like these so much that when I discovered the Rivertree Life had different prints in this line, I bought another print set!My purpose in reviewing this and other items is only to provide my honest opinion based on my experience with the item. Not water-resistant
These were the most attractive and affordable labels I could find, but like most reviewers stated, they smudge. I used a very fine point sharpie, allowed it to dry for 2 hours before placement, and I'm even careful to not soil the outside of the bottle..washing my hands before use, and still the letters are starting to smudge. SO disappointed..my bottles looked so pretty and organized. The adhesive is very strong, but still removes easily without leaving a sticky mess, so I'll be making new labels with clear scotch tape placed over the letters and hopefully that will keep them unsmudged.

Buyer beware!
So these labels are really beautiful, and they fit all my oil bottles. Sadly, that is where the positive points of my review must end. If I had not already wasted an entire page trying to find ANY ink that will stick to them, I would be sending them back for a refund.Sharpie never dries and just smears right off. Ball point pens of various types *may* write on them, but even if they do, you can wipe it right off again. Even paint pens do not stick to them. So unless you care to memorize which pattern you stuck to each oil, you STILL won't know what's in the bottles. I suppose if you want to be able to wipe off the label with your finger any time you please, and never plan to touch the label or carry it in any sort of receptacle with you, then they may work for you. They are useless to me and were a disappointing waste of money. I want my money and time wasted on these labels back.
