I was close to getting a 2nd real dog to keep the dog I have company during the day. Then I realized I don't have the time or money for a second dog right now so this was the perfect solution. As a matter of fact, when I took him out of the box he looked so real my Japanese Chin ran up to him to sniff his nose. He looks extremely realistic but was a fraction of the price of the Sandicast bulldogs. I hope this "Design Toscano" makes other breeds in the future. This dog lets me admire and collect multiple dogs without the maintenance and care of another breathing, eating (and pooping) pet. It's also great to come home after a long day of work and not have to take him for a walk...so I got my money's worth - I'll have this bulldog for a long time!

Purchased to help mitigate the squirrels tearing up our bird feeders and garden beds. He's helping a little.Looks realistic and cute as can be. We move him around to make him seem more life like. I haven't seen a squirrel sitting on him yet, so that's a good sign. But we still have a squirrel problem. But I'm not sending King back. He's too handsome and it feels like he was made just for our garden.Coupled him with audio from YouTube of dogs barking a few times and it was hilarious to see the squirrels dive bomb out of the yard into the yonder woods.

This little bulldog is perfect. He is so life like. Anyone says different dont know their bulkdogs. It was an anniversary gift for my husband who is an avid Ms. State Bulldogs fan. He loves this special gift. He will guard our patio with pride. Great value for your money. Would definately buy again as a gift for bulldog fans.

We have this statue sitting inside of our home, by the front door, and it freaks people out ALL the time. People don't usually see it when they come in, because our real bulldog distracts them when they walk in.... when people leave, for the 1st time, they either start to bend down to pet the statue "goodbye", or say "I didn't know you had TWO bulldogs". (We laugh when they realize it's just a statue)When this 1st arrived, we packaged it while our bulldog was in the backyard "doing his business", so he didn't see us placing it by the front door. When he came back in, he was startled by it then RAN. When he finally calmed down, he ran back over to the statue and started growling / barking at it. (we've had it or quite some time now... it only took a week or so for our bulldog to accept the statue as "part of the family".
