I write this review as it is very annoying and time consuming to having to send back an item because of the incorrect information being given. The only two reasons why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 are because (i) I can send them back and get a full refund at now cost and (ii) some reviews seem to be happy, so might be that this is an expected variation in size (assuming very coarse tolerances are used!). However, being a prime member (paying) and expecting things to be quickly available is a frustrating experience when this happens, hence I could not avoid spending just a few more minutes to write a review.As the images show, the new light bulb is advertised as being 352mm length, but it is clearly shorter than 350mm, and this is measuring from the end of the electrodes. There is of course the parallax error because I cannot really take a photo from a perfectly right angle with parallel projection lines, but it is clear that the new bulb is shorter than the old one and shorter than the 352 mm announced.Now off to buy another one, hopefully with more luck.

Of the 4 bulbs only one is working.Please send replacements asap
