Looks great, but the instructions are kind of tragic
Looks fantastic, the base is much smaller than other magnetic door stops. However, the instructions are fairly tragic, consisting of a few tiny pictures printed on the box. They mention two different screws, white and yellow, when they are actually chrome and brass and they don't specify where the screws are used. I figured the longer screw goes into the wall and the shorter one goes into the door, but I was just guessing

It does work well but does take an effort to pull it apart once the magnet connects. Hope it loosens up a bit. Certainly holds well but must pull pretty hard to disconnect magnet.

Door stop succeeds
This magnetic doorstop protects the wall when the door is open, and keeps the door from unintentionally closing. The first shot is a door opened against a conventional wall. My second picture shows a situation where I did not want to have the door opening against an adjacent bookcase.I have looked at some of the bad reviews for this door stop, wondering what could have gone wrong. I think that I understand some of these problem cases. First, it takes a little mechanical ability to get the parts right: nothing serious to my mind, but some people just don't seem to know how to handle simple devices. Second, you should not expect the part on the wall to hold in soft, plaster walls. It is best to have it attached to a firm, wooden baseboard. The same for the part fixed to the door: a hollow part of the door will probably not work well.

As a handicapped person, I can enter the house easily
I bought a magnetic door stop so I could use my walker to enter - I don't have a 3rd hand, and need 2 to control my walker. Once I swing the door open, it stays opened with this magnetic door stop.It was not as easy to install as suggested by the description, but a handy man was able to install it for me. Now I have an easier way into and out of my home

Funciona perfectamente
El iman del tope funciona perfectamente, si esta fuerte pero es lo que nosotros necesitabamos. De hecho pienso comprar mas para el resto de las puertas de mi casa, muy recomendado.
