Q: Does “crystal glass” mean it is made out of leaded glass?

It is a heavy glass but I can't say leaded. I will say I'll never use another file. Elegant feel and helping with my splitting nails.

I can't remember if this was the one made in Korea, or Czechoslovakia - I just know it definitely wasn't made in China.

This is the best nail file that I ever used you will not be disappointed IMO. If you want a nail file for bulk removal get a coarse file. This is 'fine' file that will not chip your nail polish as advertised and works well for normal filing.
