Q: How accurate are the sizing recommendations? I have pretty thick legs and hate when the pads dig into my calf or thigh.

Matthew - the size chart is stipulated by the manufacturer so it should be quite accurate. If you're concerned that your legs may be too large you may want to go up a size. Thanks!

The wraptor is a pretty tight knee pad - much better than CKs Impact. At some point thought is your in a crazy scramble on the mat - any knee pad may reposition. But these are the go to knee pads for my son.
