Pump works great, had to swap the electrical ends to fit my water cooler.

Perfect fit
This was exactly what I needed to repair my Primo bottom feed hot/cold/kuerig water dispenser. I am so happy not to have to replace the unit after only a couple of years. Easy to install and I did not have to alter it in any way.

Fits perfect for Hamilton Beach.
I see a lot of reviews are for a pump replacement for a Primo Dispenser. I have a Hamilton Beach, and the replacement pump fit perfect. I suppose that some of these dispensers use interchangeable parts. Honestly, the hardest part was feeding the writing up into the circuit board on the upper chamber of dispenser. There are about 4 extra screws on the “lid”, that you may need to remove to access that area. As far as the quality of pump it does look like a quality product, and so far, so good!

Doesnt Last
This is the second pump in 2 months. First one died within a week, second one went about 3 weeks till it's death sentence. Now past return date on the second one so that's $30 thrown away. Trying a different seller pump, if the next one doesn't work time for a new dispenser.

Almost perfect fit.
I bought this to replace my broken water pump for my Primo water cooler where the water bottle goes under the unit.This pump worked prefect but needed a little modifications.First off to get the water hoses off of the old pump, you need to push the hose flush to the plastic adapter and hold the plastic piece that surrounds the hose down so it doesn't move, then pull on the hose and the hose will disconnect.As for the modification, the new pump comes with rubber feet, which is nice, but they are a little to thick to reuse the screws that held the old pump in place. Using a straight razor, I cut the thickest part of the rubber feet where the screws go through to make it even with the rest of the feet. This worked perfect and I was able to reuse the factory screws.

2 months after install on my water dispenser now it stops working
Install was pretty easy. Red wire to red and so on… but after 3 months it stops working… I’m going to contact the customer service

Cost effective and functional product as advertised!!
The product did what it was supposed to do. And shipping was faster than I thought. Very reasonably priced for a well-made and comparable product.
