Muy buena calidad por lo que pagas
Éstos en particular funcionan perfecto para hacer cheesecakes y que los puedas hacer lo más altos posible, a diferencia de los que se desmoldan por el aro, que por como está diseñado en la base, te quita un poco de altura y en lo personal, no me gustan los cheesecakes bajitos. Hay que estar al pendiente de los precios porque de repente están muy caros, pero cuando los encuentras en precio, vale totalmente la pena.

Perfect for cheesecake
We use these to make several types of 6" cheesecakes. Make one big batch of batter and then turn them into chocolate cheesecakes, oreo cheese cakes, etc.To make it even easier we cut and line the inside with parchment paper.I specifically chose these because of the center ring being better than a clunky spring form pan, the perfect height, and especially the fact that it's anodized aluminum which is hard coated to prevent metal from leeching into your food.

Awesome little pans
First time I made raspberry tofu, ricotta cheesecakes with these pans. Turned out great! Love Fat Daddio’s quality.
