Happy with over all experience
The installation person called and came over in less than 24 hrs post delivery. We already had the aluminum cowl installed from the old exhaust fan so we didn't have to pay extra, only ₹600 for the installation. The installation person isn't allowed to cut the 3 pin top of the end of the power supply cord, so we had to sacrifice a power strip to mate to the wire terminals on the wall in order to provide a 3 pin socket for the chimney to plug into. This is a good initiative by the company to reserve the sanctity of the product. That said, the technician did not remove the plastic film from the metal grille before going, had to do it myself - it is tedious. Over all, we bought this chimney because it fit our 90 cm wide space and because of the high suction at lower noise.

Excellent Chimney
Worth money product and easy to use, looks great in our kitchen, additional charges to be paid at installation is 600 + 1200(Pipe) also a box on which chimney will be installed generally will be needed

Instalation is very bad .small ducting pipe. Lickage problem.
Installed is very badly....chimney pipe is not included in the box.chimney pipe is charged 1200 by the installation guy.installation techniciations behaviour is not respectful.we payed installion fee...but technician fitted the chimney very badly,so we fitted the chimney by a local technician......1200 was lost for no reason by the company technician.
