manufacturing fault?
purchased to replace same kettle i owned for last 8 years. heats to 90 degrees and then stops or boils to 100, no in between. Returned kettle for full refund with no issues, reordered another but had the same fault, so assuming it's a manufacturing issue. massively disappointed as i love this kettle!!

Before I purchased this kettle I add a smart kettle I got didn’t really use it till it’s full capability but this kettle is great and I’m enjoying using it and seen the Dail go to the maximum heat it just works
