I love this security screen door. Looks beautiful and can’t see inside. Very secure also.This was my second purchase and unfortunately doesn’t fit my other door. I wish it was made in other sizes, it sure beats a screen door.

I was looking for a new front door for our cabin, the door is kinda ugly. I stumbled across this screen door which took care of two problems - covered the ugly front door and now I have a beautiful screen door which we can use to let the fresh air in when the weather permits. It's a heavy-duty door - it took two delivery folks to bring it into the house. The color of the wood was true to the pics on Amazon and the matte finish on the metal frame and door hardware/fixtures was exactly what I was looking for. The installation was not too difficult but the door sits about 2" to 3" away from the original frame so there is a gap at the bottom of the door; we'll fix that later. However, it's not a big deal because the door does fit flush and even all the way around. I love it and it is absolutely gorgeous - plus the rustic look is perfect for this house. Can't beat the price either, lot less expensive than buying a new door! One correction to my post - the door hardware is sold separately, via Amazon; it's not included with the door, however, the finish/color is a perfect match to the metal frame of the screen door.

Love this door. I am 5'3" , 130 lb woman , I am mechanically inclined and do handyman projects a couple times a year. I say this because this door is heavy. The box says it weighs 65- 75 lbs. I hung this door myself and in less than two hours. The hardest part is probably getting it level and I put a 3/4 inch board under the bottom to hold it in place while I drilled holes and put in the screws. I put my screws in with a plain big screw driver and it took me a long time as I didn't have a drill bit to fit the security screws. Someone with more strength or better tools could probably have it up in 20 minutes. I don't know how long it will last but the metal all seems sturdy... my door is unprotected from weather so I will probably have to put something on the wood to water proof it as it doesn't look like it's as waterproof as it could be.

I had this door in my cart for months and waited for it to drop in price before purchasing. It’s well worth the money, however, it is not without blemishes. The metal has several dents and scratches but luckily cannot be seen unless you really inspect it. I had help with the installation from someone who knew how to make sure it was level and plum. As others mentioned, there is a small gap on the bottom of the threshold that can easily be fixed (if it really bothers you). This screen door screws into the existing door frame so it will not fit or install properly unless you have a door frame that can accommodate a screen door. Apparently, my door frame wasn’t wide enough but we made it work. It is absolutely gorgeous and unlike other metal security screen doors.You can leave your door open without people seeing in. It’s fantastic!! You will receive lots of compliments from your neighbors.

This is a Very Good looking screen door. My cats cannot scratch this door because of the metal screen. I have had many compliments from neighbors. Make sure you get the tools they recommend.I would buy this again and again!

We bought this in April of 2024. Now it is hideous. Right after the first storm, the vertical wood piece just magically unstapled from the frame! So now all the people who were complimenting it are asking what happened to it... Trying to get warranty support is a pain as well.
