The build quality is absolutely incredible! Once you secure this seat, following the instructions, it won't budge. Zero lateral wiggle. The hinge mechanism is smooth, the full thickness seat is as comfortable as a toilet seat can be. It's also easy to clean. I highly recommend!

Got this because i was tired of fighting with a toilet seat perpetually loosening. This thing is the answer. I’m writing this months after putting it on. I would buy this 100 more times. Look at the history on this brand; they know what they’re doing.

Excellent product! As a household with someone with mobility and leg strength issues, we were going through toilet seats quickly or just continuing to used the cracked seats until we couldn’t stand it any longer. We searched for something more heavy duty, but not “industrial.” We wanted it to look like something that belonged in a home and not a gas station. These definitely fit the bill. They’ve been on the “throne” for over a year with no signs of breakage. Highly recommend!

I like how well it's made. it is heavy and will not ever loosen because the bolts are not removable. I like that the bumpers on the bottom are not attached with screws or glue they are part of the seat itself, however the shape of the contour of the seat make the hole feel narrow to me. it hurts my butt and makes my legs go numb very quickly that's a con, but a pro would be it keeps the line moving for the next person. this also makes me feel like i'm sitting up higher too. built to last not for comfort.

Way better than the cheap thin seats that came on our new Kohler toilets. At least you can also close the lid and sit on these with no worries. Two thumbs up. I’d definitely buy again.

We bought a new Kohler toilet that came with a toilet seat. What a waste - it was flimsy, creaked when you sat on it, wouldn't stay tightly mounted; the seat kept shifting positions. It was in our guest bathroom and I was embarrassed to have people use it. I went online and read reviews and I am so glad I chose this replacement seat.Pros: the seat is a thicker, solid plastic, very sturdy and well made; simple to install...I must repeat that...simple to install!Cons: lid does not have soft close feature but that is a minor problem; worth the purchase anyway...

Chose this because the opening is about an inch larger all around. It fits the toilet great. Also a selling point was that it says “it won’t loosen” and we hope it doesn’t! East to install. Just have the right socket wrench available and you’ll be done in minutes!
