Elan Publishing Company Field Notebook/Journal - 8"x10" - Assorted Colors - Lined - Pack of 5

As a nursing student, I have to have something to write on at all times. These books are small and light and since they're so thin, they stay in my pockets really well when I'm moving all over the place. The colors are accurate and bright, and each one lasts me for a few weeks. They're resilient, so when someone spills something on it, it's still readable, and very much usable. At the price, it's really a good deal as far as I'm concerned.

Use several books at the same time to keep notes for different meetings. Bought the color variety pack and use one color for each subject so they are easy to identify. Saves space and weight because I only carry the one I need for that day. Wish they had an unlined version.

I bought these as part of a gift to my husbad, I am a-buy-things-that-mean-something-and WILL-be put-to use-kind of-girl so as a nursing student I knew my husband would be needing notepads when he began his clinical rotations. Sure enough these are perfect! They fit great in his scrub pockets, the product is not cheap, good quality. What I love the most is that they are different colors that way each color is used for different clinical rotations. I took the bright pink one and I use it as a note pad for work, great when I am taking messages and it doesn’t take up too much space in my already tiny desk.

I like these notebooks because they are a nice size - easy to carry in my smallish purse, only 80 pages -not an endless book. I use different colors for different things - one for marketing ideas for my small business, one for diet/exercise tracking, one for personal stuff.Sturdy - covers stand up to wear and tear and pages are decent weight - no bleed through with markers.

I received my notebooks and was impressed by the quality. The paper is excellent and the size is perfect. I use it on the go to write notes or to write important records. The colors make everything interesting and the lines are college rule. There are ruler markings on the inside cover. Price is unbelievable and I would choose these over expensive ones like five star.

Paper is durable and easy to write on with pen and pencil, including colored pencils. Book is thin enough to slip into my purse without making it bulky, and the pages are small but large enough to write a complete thought/list—I like that this has replaced my small, spiral-bound notepad. Also, the pages don’t easily tear and rip out and the cover stays smooth and intact, not like the way the edges of a typical notebook get roughed up and shabby.

Bought two other sets the same make brand and sizes. My reviews for these are the same:Love these notebooks! The colors and designs are great. Small enough to fit into a purse, tote, any bags and even any drawers for safe keepings. Bought the 5x8 sizes. Only thing is it 80 pages only. I thought it might be a little bit more. So i was slightly disappointed by the # of pages. But overall i love these and would but them again.

I like these little field notebooks. I actually carry one of these notebooks with me all the time in a Pocket Travelers Leather Notebook Cover, along with an insert to hold credit cards &/or business cards & a small amount of cash, so it has become my new wallet. I am able to attache a small pen to the notebook so I am good to go. Very handy and a nice size. Recommended!
