Does not work on HL-L3290CDW
Neither cartridge worked in my printer. I did everything imaginable with both, reset the printer, etc. I've had good luck with second party cartridges in the past, but this particular company's products don't work at all.

first cartridge I tried was missing the chip so I installed the second cartridge. I did have a chip but my printer still did not accept it. Are they not really compatible with Brother HL-L3290CDW?

Don't buy this ever. They lie.
Said it was compatiable with my printer, it is not. What a waste of money. Just don't buy this, they will tell you it's compatible and who knows if it really is. Sure wasn't for me.
