Q: How many vanilla beans in each bottle?

I did 3 per cup of alcohol. Don't forget to slice the bean open. I also cut them in half or so to make sure they are submerged. Just not too small so I can fish them out afar 8 or so weeks.

Q: Is the bottle round or square? It's hard to tell from the photo.

The bottom is flat of course but the sides form a square. very stable and sturdy bottle. It's about 7-8 inches tall. Using mine for homemade vanilla for Christmas presents.
