Fits perfectly but a bit overpriced. Buy at home depot or something similar.
It fits perfectly and comes with 50 bungee cords to attach it with. If your frame is 10 x 20, then always get the 12 x 20 size in order to fit. Delivered very quickly. They seem to based off in Carson. A bit over priced and I just found a similar one on the home Depot site for about 32 bucks. So try to buy your replacement tarps from Home Depot or something similar.

I may need to return this
We have a 20x40 tent and this cover does not fit it. The riveted holes for bungees are about 12" inside the tent cover. the then frame does not line up with the holes so the fit is bad. The materials are good but we will need to figure this out...This may work on other tent frames and the materials seem strong.

Great quality Canopy Top! Fit my old 10'x20' and came with a 50 pack of bungee balls to secure it.
