Updated review: seller has been extremely responsive to my need and has been great in resolving the issue.Think yourInitial Review: Bought to have on hand when my current (standard size) ones ran out but when I put them in the printer—worked one day—now the printer doesn’t recognize them. It’s past my return date because these were my next ones to use… waiting to hear from seller. Very frustrating to be left without printing capability. I’m in a rural area so I’m forced to spend more driving to the city and biy them at a big box store where I can only get the standard and not XL.

After purchasing this product for the first time, surprised that works fine with the printer and produces sharp and clear print effect. The quality of the 822xl ink is good and it fit my printer with no problems. So I used it up and bought it againThis is my second purchase of my MYCARTRIDGE SUPRINT 822XL cartridge, which is very dark and colorful. Epson updates the printer, so you have to buy their expensive ink, but MYCARTRIDGE SUPRINT always updates their firmware at the same time and the price is not high If anything goes wrong, they usually give me a perfect fix. I am satisfied!

For 3 months I was so pleased to have found this toner. However, a few days ago my printer required a software update. After the update, I could no longer print. Like, at all. The screen stays stuck on "Ink Cartridge is not recognized. Please replace the Ink Cartridge." The On button blinks incessantly. Turning the printer off and on doesn't help.I wrote to Epson asking if the update could be reversed. I acknowledged I was using third party toner. After several emails, Epson told me to send them photos of the printer's screen showing the error message, the serial number of the printer, and the toner cartridges. After examining the photos, they the brilliantly concluded that my cartridges were not Epson-branded. They said, finally after 4 email exchanges, that Epson printers are designed to work with Epson cartridges only.You might be able to get around this issue, for a time, by not installing the update. But the printer will probably not work for long without the update.My fairly new printer is now a useless hunk of glass and metal unless I acquiesce to Epson's sneaky little update. I don't recall it ever having an update before. I suspect there is something in the printer that detects non-Epson ink.In any event, I unfortunately cannot recommend these cartridges long-term, through absolutely no fault of their own. Sorry, MyCartridge Suprint.

I liked the speed in which this item was shipped and received. Quality, long-lasting cartridge places this product high on my "Like" list.

The media could not be loaded.  1.0 out of 5 stars Doesn't work with WF-4833By E. Shepardon December 12, 2019I bought this because it was less expensive than the Epson brand and I have had good luck with remanufactured ink cartridges in the past. This one did not work with my WF-4833. It installed OK and the printer recognized it, but when I went to print, it printed completely blank pages. I tried cleaning the print heads, but that didn't help. It's going back.

Sometimes it’s hit or miss when you buy refurbished ink cartridges. With ink being so expensive, I’m willing to take a chance. These arrived the next day, and installed easily with no issue. The cartridges work great. The color is spot on. I will continue to buy from this supplier in the future.

Ink cartridge not recognized by printer. On 9/24/23 Seller inquired about error message, my current firmware version and issued a replacement/refund. Seller advised anytime firmware is updated , printer may produce an error message and stop printig due to not recognizing ink cartridge. ALWAYS verify remanufactured ink cartridge supports your current firmware version.
