installing this mixer stopped the sweating problem we had. the plumber I hired to put it in didn't think enough hot water would be put into the supply. I told him to reverse hot and cold, which he did.

Say goodbye to condensation!
Replacement for an old anti-sweat valve. Prior valve was about 15 years old. The anti-backflow valves had failed, with warm water flowing into the cold. The replacement works great, No condensation on the toilet and no back flow into the cold or hot water.

Leaks at adjusting screw!
Plumbed the new valve in and as soon as I turned the water back on it leaked through the hot water adjusting screw. Couldn’t wait for a new valve to be shipped so I swapped adjuster screw assembly with old one. Very disappointed!
