Q: What is the mixing ratio?

The ratio is 2:1. It says it on the side of the can on some of their products for future reference.

Q: Do you mix this with the flakes for your paint color? Or is this just a top coat?

U can mix with flakes and lay down flake or you can tint it with candy color. It’s also a protective layer u can spray over ur art work when you’ll need to sand before the final clear.

Q: Can intercoat be polished?

SG-100 should not be polished and would probably burn through very easily. Intercoat clear is base coat with no pigment, it is non-structural.
