Zusto 1:1 Sugar Substitute 1kg bag suitable for diabetics, 75% less calories than sugar

As far as I am concerned this sugar substitute is the best. Makes great bakes which retain their moisture due to the ingredients in this product - ideal for sponge bakes and scones. Very fine and easy to incorporate into recipes. Not mega sweet so you don't need to use loads. No aftertaste as far as I can tell. A really nice easy use ingredient which doesn't disappoint.

Used this sweetner for some time and I love it. I now use it in all my baking - you will find your balance as you cook with it as you do not have to use as much as normal sugar and it does not leaves not leave a horrid aftertaste aftertaste (for me - everyone's palate is different). Packet says does not mix well with butter but if you are heating it, it works fine. I have made toffee, lemon curd, cakes and cookies and they all turn out great.

Prompt delivery - I've used Zusto to replace sugar - there is no aftertaste & more importantly -daft I know but I have a nefarious beagle who could steal anything if given the opportunity & the ingredients in Zusto are dog safe which is good to know as most other sugar substitutes contain ingredients which are toxic to dogs - not that he has been able to nick it yet - hope I'm not tempting fate. Zusto is also great for baking & cooking as long as the instructions are followed - all in all a great product.

Needed to reduce sugary food and drinks, this is the best I've tried with out the unnatural after taste like many artificial sweeteners can give..i noticed sensitive teeth initially, but i continued...as I needed to reduce my sugar intake....after some months of use I haven't noticed any sensitivity...and I've noticed a bit of weight loss. Keep the heart and doctors happy 😊It's pricey for sure...if you are using it not only for beverages but for baking and porridges too. I will continue buying for now.

Excellent for those who want to avoid sugar or calories. Does have slight aftertaste.

This is very good product especially for people on low sugar diet.

I do like stuff made with Zusto but my package arrived split open so it was thrown away.

I like that it tastes same as sugar. Texture is more smooth than sugar. Can really be used in place of sugar in making a lot of things.Quality seems okay and not too expensive. However there seem to be not a lot research done on it so one can't say for sure if this is suitable for a diabetic person.
