Monroe Monro-Matic Plus 32118 Suspension Shock Absorber for Ford Mustang II

Although these front shocks were the least expensive ones I could find, they dramatically improved the ride and handling of my car.I have a 1980 Shay Ford Model A Roadster that still had the original 40 year old Monroe shocks. There was no sign of leakage on the old shocks, but I decided to replace them because of their age.These new Monroes look to be exactly the same as the originals. The new shocks made a HUGE difference, especially in the handling.With the old shocks, the car was squirreling after driving over small irregularities in the road surface. With the new shocks, the handling was great and I can now drive safely at higher speeds.The ride was more comfortable as wellThe shocks were easy to install, and came complete with new rubber stops, etc.After experiencing how much my ride improved with these inexpensive shocks, I am glad I made this purchase and didn’t go with one of the more expensive options.

i was sent the a Monroe 32318 instead of the 32118. I expect to order this again and hope for a correct result. I usually don't have many issues with purchases, but this was a swing and a miss by the order selection committee.
