Melts well and is great for candy making
The texture of the melted chocolate is smooth and is thin enough to cover bon bons, peanut butter bites and cherries and any other treats.Doesn’t taste as rich as Ghirardelli’s but the ease of use and price can’t be beat when making lots of candy. Will order again.

I f the white chocolate didn’t melt what is this going to do afraid to even attempt it wasted my money on these product very disappointing in quality of products I have melted chocolate for over 20 years people love my candy making
