Very excited to try the entire bottle, the first thing I noticed is that when you open it, it doesn’t have that weird vitamin smell. The capsule sizes are a bit larger but I like that it doesn’t have palm oil in the ingredients. Excited to add this to my vitamin routine!

I started taking this as I was not feeling rested and waking up a lot during the night. I read that magnesium helps with this and also helps with muscle relaxation. So I purchased this and shortly after I noticed a difference in my muscle fatigue and started sleeping through the night. I didn’t notice any side effects from it either which is great as well.
