You get what you pay for, but you can't even say cheap and cheerful as there is nothing to be cheerful about. the fibre optics are all bent and do not form as in the image.

It was simple to use and gave a nice display

Very pretty
I liked that it was exactly as shown. It is very pretty. I didn't like how it was packaged. It was not protected well enough for handling by delivery companies. I ordered 2 items and one was broken. However it was dealt with immediately and I was refunded very quickly for the broken item. If the packing was better I would definitely given 5 stars.

Came broken doesn’t work
The media could not be loaded. I was looking forward to having this because I have had one when I was a kid . I heard a rattle inside not knowing what was wrong so I opened the battery compartment and the spring fell out straight away like it was sent that way . So I’m quite sad about it . :( . I’m sure if it does work it would be a great item . I just assume I got the unlucky one

The most Beautiful fibre optic lamp
This Fibre optic is the most beautiful of its kind. The colours are so vibrant. I often find myself gazing at it rather than paying attention to what I am watching on the television. But to be honest the lamp is far more entertaining than some of the programs .

Doesn’t deserve a star, but had to, to leave a review!! Returned this item, due to how cheap and flimsy it was, no packaging, just in side a brown Amazon box, no item box, no instructions, just the base and fibre optics thrown in the bottom of a large box. (Could get better from Poundland) Definitely not suitable to gift! Will be going to high street store and purchasing the same item, for half the price, packaged in a box. Very disappointed

How can I straiten it please as it’s no good like this .
It’s bent as you can see and I have left it in a warm room to see if it Will straighten with no success.or send me another one that is strait please .
