Aphrodisiac: The Herbal Path to Healthy Sexual Fulfillment and Vital Living

I have been dabbling with herbs for a few years and have found the LearningHerbs site (the author is a co-founder) helpful in my journey but when I first heard of the book Aphrodisiac, I thought that it would not be for me as I have been single for a while but then I found myself being tempted by some of the recipes it contained (such as Cardamom Chocolate Mousse Torte and Rose petal wine) and I decided to take the plunge reasoning that there was enough content for me to make gifts for friends (and the Torte for myself).I am extremely happy with this beautiful book, not only is it packed with recipes that I can't wait to make both for myself and others, including Coconut Rose Icecream, soft drinks, hot chocolate, Rose infused honey, Truffles, jellies (jam), body drizzles, body lotions (and the list goes on) but I also think the ethos of the book is relevant for me after all.I'm only on the first chapter but I am looking forward to the lessons ahead and even though I don't have a partner, I can appreciate awakening my senses, practice mindfulness and enjoy taking pleasure in life.

Such a BEAUTIFUL and wonderful resource to discover, explore, experience and GROW personal pleasure from!!! Katherine's insight and knowledge is wonderful information that EVERY woman (and man) can learn from! I am thoroughly enjoying and LOVING what I m learning from this beautiful, easy to understand, heartfelt testimonial, recipe book, guide and handbook 101! She is amazing!!! It's so "eye-opening" and great to LEARN that plants and herbs are Nature's Medicine and we need to focus MORE on natural remedies vs chemical toxic options <3. Also, women should be open to learn early on in life the acceptance of, value, honor, integrity, pleasure and importance of their sexuality and the what a true life source it truly is!!! This is a great gift to give any woman on your life, makes a wonderful Bridal Shower or Wedding gift!!! Highly recommend this book!!! Wish I had it 30 years ago, lol!!!

Amazing book! Another item out of Learning Herbs that did not disappoint!

Pleasurable and stimulating! As a Certified Mind Body Eating Coach I was delighted to find that this book suggests us to slow down - the universal secret to enjoying life at its fullest. There is no better time than now to remind us about the importance of touch, pleasure and sensuality, because, as the author notes ''Many of us are suffering some degree of touch deprivation as we stay socially distant. This book can indeed serve as a reminder of the pre Covid world. Full of recipes featuring aphrodisiacs such as cacao or rose petals, this book should have a prominent place on your kitchen counter and your bookshelf. Highly recommended!

This book is Beautiful! The pictures, the recipes, the plant monographs - so much good information and so well written. Your Herb Fairies books and the game Wildcraft! (Learning Herbs) are so awesome and our grand kids and our families love them. And now THIS book is such a special treat for us grownups😊. Such a joy and treat to read. Reading it brings out joy, appreciation, love, gratitude, excitement, curiosity, just slow down, fun, encouragement, and more! And this all comes through Kimberly’s creativity, her extensive herb and plant knowledge and wisdom, and caring loving spirit.
