I'm new to crystal balls and I've always wanted one ever since I was seven years old. My husband and I do the larping thing which is real life roll playing and we do belegarth and the sca which is like the armored combat league and lets face it everyone wants to be a wizard in belegarth. This crystal ball wasnt what I expected it's so huge and heavy I cant take it to events but it makes my room feel like water almost like we put an air freshener in here it's so pure. I have it next to an abalony shell for size comparison. Even my husband picked it up and was like holy crap. It was a steal for the price though, it didnt come with a stand but I had a taper candle holder that he rests on and it holds him really well plus it makes it look pretty. I'm going to be buying a smaller one that's actually easier to transport so we can set it up in our pavilion for the anistetic look. Thanks for a great product. This ball probably no joke weighs a good 6 pounds it's like holding a bowling ball. It's actually about the same size as one as well. I dont regret the purchace at all and neither does my husband because we collect Crystal's and this is pure quartz which is amazing. If you want to use it to scry with it's really hard because theres no way you can hold it in one hand for very long even if you are quite strong. But the ball is really fun to look at and is a really nice conversational piece. We live in a camper so even if your doing tiny living you can still have some pretty decorations.

This is a perfectly nice 6-inch glass ball, does not appear to have any flaws or optical glitches. Advertised as being without a stand; mine came with a pretty but undersized stand, which I promptly put to use under a small sphere that fits it just right. I had a beautiful brass stand waiting for the 6-inch ball, where it looks great. Be advised that the big spheres are heavy--I think this one weighed something like 14 lbs, so be sure it's sitting on something sturdy that won't wobble. It's beautiful, and I greatly enjoy having it in my home.Now to learn to read it!

The price is honestly outstanding for the quality of the ball! Clear and stunning. I've had this over 2 years and every time I look at it, I'm impressed all over again.

I collect glass art, and though it may not be a diamond, this piece is a treasure to be sure. Just look at these stats:Color:What color? This Crystal Ball is air, fresh crisp mountain air, not that dirty yellow smoggy city air. Think of the purest water or ice, that is what we are dealing with here.Cut:Not a scratch on it, probably due to the Styrofoam shell and cellophane wrap it was encased in. And round as round can be. I didn't do the roll it on the table test but when I was washing it I was thinking, MAN! This thing sure is smooth and round!Clarity:See Color. I mean you look into this thing and you almost wonder what is looking back. There were no artifacts, no bubbles, just a world of clarity. I would venture to say, it's nearly optically perfect. If that's a thing, then this is it.Carat:It's 150mm in diameter (approx. 6 inches) and around 10 lbs. Though I have to say that when it's in your hands the size and weight of it is more than numbers can describe.In summary, if you want an orb you can be proud of with superb clarity, excellent craftsmanship, and a size and heft that's sure to impress, not to mention an amazing price point, then this is the crystal ball for you.Will it burn your house down if you leave it unattended in the proper sunlit conditions? Yes. Will it trap your soul within its quartzy, glassy matrix if you gaze upon it too long? Probably. Will it chase you around the house because you meddled with things you really don't understand? Who can say. Will you be, at all sorry for acquiring it? Absolutely not.

WOW! This crystal globe is stunning. Not a flaw to be seen. I knew it would be heavy, but until I picked it up, I didn't realize how heavy. Its a solid 10lbs. Feels like way more!, lol. It was packaged very well. No damage to the boxes at all. It was the globe box inside the heavy outer box, with air packets. It arrived in 2 days. I ordered it on friday evening, and it was delivered sunday morning! I cleansed it with a mild sea salt rinse, as suggested by a YT lady, and then rinsed it with 91% rubbing alcohol. I didn't order the one with a stand, but made one out of the Styrofoam case it came in, & covered in a piece of white silk. Will look for a stand along the way. I purchased it for scrying. It really is a beautiful thing. I can feel the energy coming off of it. I will put it out for the night during the next full moon as was suggested again, by the YT lady. The price can't be beat. It would have cost as much to ship it (or more) as the price of it, if I didn't have prime. I highly recommend it if you re looking for a crystal globe....for whatever reason.

This turned out to be a lot bigger (and heavier) than I expected. I planned to use it for photography so wanted to be sure I got a decent enough size. There is no worries there as this thing is massive! It's also crystal clear (no pun) and I see no imperfections in the ball. It should work really well for photos but I'd suggest having some form of pad beneath your model if not on grass, just in case it gets dropped. It's big and heavy and would definitely suffer if dropped on a hard surface! My only complaint is your hands will smudge the surface pretty easily but that's no fault of the ball. I just used a microfiber cloth and it polished up easily.
