The sound the zippers make sound like high quality!I transferred the things from my other backpack to this one, and my things are more accessible and organized.It fits in my back better, the shoulder straps are easy to adjust and never bind up! It even has a strap to put it on a suitcase handle and not fall off!! I just came back from Brazil, and had this problem during my trip.The handle is great, the quality is superior, and the look is professional!If you want to have nice things that will last you for years…..you know where to click!

I bought this bag to replace another Swiss gear that I had for 10 years and this has the same quality.

I've found the TSA to be woefully inconsistent about whether I have to actually take my laptop out of the bag, or it is fine to just unzip it and lie it flat with the laptop exposed. About half the time it works as expected and I don't have to remove it, and the other half they look at me like I'm from another planet and demand I take it out. That's just meant as a warning to other potential owners though, no fault of the bag itself, which is great! Plenty of room for me to cram in enough stuff for a week or more of travel and fits nicely under the seat in front to mercilessly avoid fighting with the ever-increasingly giant roller bags for overhead bin space. Liked it so much that when my original fell victim to an unfortunate accident, I bought another.
