Perfect for pressed pennies!
I purchased these to organize and display my pressed pennies. They fit perfectly inside the pockets. The flap at the top of each pocket keeps the pennies from slipping out. They will also hold pressed quarters, as long as you don't mind them sitting diagonally in the pocket. The quality of the plastic seems sturdy. I had to remove some pennies a few times while organizing them and there have been no issues with tearing. As noted by other reviews, the pages are smaller than the standard US 8.5" x 11" but will still fit in a US binder after punching additional holes in them. Though these cost more than other options available on Amazon, I don't mind paying more for a better quality item. I'll be purchasing more!

This is a great product to display your coin collection inexpensively
This is a great product to display your coin collection inexpensively. The three edge holes must be repunched to mount in American notebooks.

Five stars in spite of the 3-hole punch issue
I like these holders better than any I've used. I've bought all the different sizes which makes it possible to hold as many as 42 smaller coins on a single page. The little flap at the top prevents them from falling out. In OTHER pages with open-top pockets, I've lost coins because the pockets do not hold them tightly enough, even though I'm very careful to keep them upright. When others flip through my binder, they do not know to hold the corners up, so my coins fall out, especially from the top two rows. This holder eliminates that problem!!! I love the flaps, and I set out to find these without knowing they existed. Very pleased to find they DO exist! It's true that the holes are punched for a different sized binder than I've ever seen in the USA. That problem is easily fixed with a 3-hole punch. Line up the center hole with the center punch, and it will punch the other two holes, utilizing the existing center. Works great. My only concern is whether this plastic will harm metals stored over long periods of time. It's almost impossible to get that information from product descriptions, probably for liability reasons. I keep watch on them. If I see one beginning to tarnish or "stick" to the plastic, I will yank them all out of these and try something else. The problem is that for now, I really do not know of anything else. So, I'll stay with the holders that have the flap, because you will not lose your coins, medals, badges, pins, etc. if they are in this holder! Why give it 5 stars if I know of the hole-punch issue? Because it's the best solution I've found, and I've tried a couple dozen. Now I wish someone would make a similar design in the standard 2 ΒΌ inch pocket, 20-pockets-per-page format, for I still don't have trustworthy holders for my larger, heavier coins, especially challenge coins. These holders will accept coins up to 1 5/16 inches (34 mm) comfortably. If your coins are larger or smaller, I recommend looking up the 42 pocket page, or the 20 pocket page. If it's ok with you to group by size, this will afford you the maximum storage per page. Two other things: I store these 3-ring binders with the binder "up," allowing the pages to hang straight down. If you try to store them with the binder vertical, as with most books, the pages will sag. (these less than most, actually) It also has the added advantage of keeping at least some of the dust out of the binder if your shelves are not behind glass.And... when loading these, I keep a letter opener handy to flip up the flap and wedge open the pocket, which wants to stay flat, having never been opened before. The letter opener makes it easy to slide a coin in, as long as you're careful not to let the two come in contact, which could scratch the coin. This makes the flip-top pocket holder the best AND the easiest to use, for me.

good size pockets for what i will be using them ...
good size pockets for what i will be using them for (storing nintendo 3ds games). the gripes i had with it were, like others, the holes don't fit a standard 3 ring binder and the pages came folded.

doesn't fit regular 3 ring binder..
Maybe some clever wording in description says this but, its useless to me this wa.. sheets measure 9.75" x 8" with binder holes 2 1/8" from each end and 3" between holes.. Useless.. returning them..

Good quality but odd size
Great for my quarter collection.Nice quality plastic, pockets are tight, even small coins do don't slip out unlike other pocket sheets I've tried. One disadvantage is the size. Does not really fit into standard binders. 10" x 7.75"I figured I will just punch my own holes and put the sheet in my regular binder.

Decent value for the money
Just starting a coin collection - state quarters and whatnot. These are okay, but assuming if you're a coin collector you might have something nicer. I was able to fit 2 quarters in each spot. No tearing and I reorganized quite a few times :)
