These are very nice. Very solid. The black matte is perfect. Easy installation with different options according to where you are putting them. Everything you need to install except a drill if you are going into studs.

We needed some extra towel space in the bathroom and wanted something that matched our existing oil rubbed bronze finishes. This was the perfect match in color. It looks like it was installed with our existing oil rubbed bronze accents.

Perfect! I got the 30” double towel bar in black. I love that it’s all one piece-nothing to slide together or connect. Makes it feel much better quality and sturdier. Super easy installation. I have the TP holder and hand towel loop that matches this set. Everything looks great!

If you haven't installed one of these before, do yourself a favor and watch a You Tube video or 2. The instructions included aren't good and the installation hardware is cheep. Fortunately, most bathroom hardware installs pretty much the same way these days. I bought good, screw-in dry wall anchors, slightly larger than the ones supplied, and it has held up very well.As far as the product itself, it looks good and goes with our other oil rubbed bronze accessories. We like the long length so bath towels can be spread out to dry.

Unfortunately the towel bar set I received had an issue where the black powder coat was slightly chipped around the joint exposing a thin line of silver metal. I contacted the seller to see what options were available and received a response almost immediately. They shipped out a new set that arrived in under a week and arrived in pristine condition. That's excellent customer service!I purchased the towel bars to match other bath accessories from the same seller and am pleased with the quality. There seems to be little difference between these accessories and the ones installed by the original builder of my house. And considering how difficult it has been to find a black 33" double bar in this style, I'd consider this a fantastic find and value for the money.I have a few more bath accessories to purchase and will definitely order from JQK again. I just wish they sold matching bathroom vanity mirrors.
